2. Hand in the application form:

Parents can come at office hour and hand in the application form with the required documents shown as below:

• Completed Application form
• ID photos (2 inches x 1.5 inches, and write the name on the back)
• Copy of birth certificate / copy of residence certificate
• Copy of Immunization Record
• Two envelopes with student’s name , address and $2 stamp
• Application fee $30

3. Interview Arrangement:
   The school will arrange an interview for freshmen. During the interview, a parent will accompany. For NCS applicants, KGs will arrange interpretation and/or translation ser-vice where necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during interview to facilitate communication. The teacher will evaluate the freshman in areas such as politeness, speaking, and self-care to deter-mine whether the student is accepted. The teacher will also interview the parents to understand the daily situation of the student.

• The school will notify the admission result by mail one week after the interview.

Interview and Admission Criteria:

1. Interview performance
2. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten in the same school year will be given due priority consideration
3. Social needs
4. Vicinity of our school
5. Children or siblings of our alumni

The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes

(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)

4. Registration Arrangements:
   Once the student is admitted, the school will notify the parents by phone and letter. 1st round successful applicants’ parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 8th to 10th January 2026. Applicants on the waiting list will be notified on 12th January if they’re success and they have to complete the registration procedures in the following week.
   Parents must bring the following documents and fees to the school to complete the registration process.
   • Admission letter from our school
   • Original copy of the “Admission Registration Certificate”
   • Registration fee
5. The registration fee for the 2026/27 school year is HK$900 (half- day) and 1500 (whole- day) . If the children are enrolled in the school, the school will refund the registration fee in September. However, if the parents decided to transfer school after the registration, please inform the school 1 month earlier. We will return the registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. The school will no longer reserve the degree for the child after returning the registration certificate.
